StudioLAB Refund and Cancellation Policy
Free Trial Period
StudioLAB makes our industry leading management and billing software available to you at no charge through our website on a free, functional, try-before-you-buy basis.
We provide:
- a free trial of a minimum of 30 days with every registered subscription
We provide the free trial period so that you can evaluate StudioLAB before you make a purchase decision. Please use the trial period to make sure that StudioLAB meets your needs before deciding to continue through to a paid subscription.
During your trial period, we are available to assist in installation and configuration via email at [email protected].
We strongly recommend that all customers download, install, and test the trial version of any product prior to making a purchase.
No Refund for Past Payments or Services
If you become a monthly subscriber to StudioLAB, you have the option to cancel at any time but no refunds will be given for payments you have already made.
How to Cancel
If you wish to cancel your subscription to StudioLAB, please email us at [email protected]. You may terminate your account this way no less than 14 days before your next monthly payment is due.
Impact of Cancellation on Your Data
Once you cancel we are no longer obliged to provide any further service to you.
Your obligations of confidentiality and indemnity under the StudioLAB Terms of Service survive.
For all other purposes the contract between you and StudioLAB will be at an end and are no longer responsible for storing or retaining your data. It is solely your responsibility to copy and download any data you require before you cancel your service.
Acceptance of this Refund Policy
It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this refund policy. By placing an order for any StudioLAB product, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy.
If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this refund policy, we ask that you do not place an order with us.
